Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 July 2026

This policy explains what information Paraggo (“we,” “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the services that help us run the site. We collect only what is described here.

Information you give us

There are two ways you share information with us directly:

  • When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you enter one, what you told us you’re training for, and anything you write in the message fields.
  • When you become a member, we hold the email address you sign in with and a record of your membership — which content you have access to, and whether that access is active.

We do not ask for or store more than this.

Age

Our forms and member sign-up are intended for people aged 13 or older. If you are under 13, please have a parent or guardian complete them on your behalf.

Paraggo works with people of all ages, including students under 18. Where a client is a minor, a parent or guardian arranges the work and provides consent.

Payments

The website does not collect or store payment or card details today. If we introduce paid checkout in the future, we will name the payment processor here and explain that your card details are handled by that processor and never touch our servers.

How we use your information

  • To reply to a message you send through the contact form.
  • To give members access to the content their membership includes, and to sign them in.

We do not sell your information. This website does not run advertising or analytics trackers.

Services that help us run the site

We use a small number of outside services to operate Paraggo. Each one handles only what it needs to for its job:

  • Supabase stores member accounts, membership records, and the content and images shown in the member area.
  • Resend delivers our email — the sign-in emails members receive, and the notification email a contact-form submission generates.
  • Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs of requests to it.
  • Cal.com powers booking. When you use the booking tool it receives the details you enter to book, and it sets its own cookies in your browser.
  • Google Workspace is the email service we use to read and reply to messages you send us.

The member area includes videos hosted by services such as YouTube; we may add other video services (for example Vimeo or Mux) over time. Those video players load from those services and may set cookies in your browser.

You can read each service’s own privacy policy: Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Cal.com, and Google.

Cookies

When you sign in as a member, we set a session cookie so you stay signed in. The Cal.com booking tool sets its own cookies when you use it, and embedded video players may set cookies, both as described above. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep information

We keep contact-form messages and member records for as long as they are useful — to reply to you, to keep our own records, and so that anyone returning to Paraggo does not lose their history. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing win@paraggo.com, and we will.

Your choices and contacting us

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, or to ask anything about this policy, email win@paraggo.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page.
